What is TMSN?
The Maryland Speakers Network is the region's (Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey) leading finder and provider of speaking talent.
TMSN was established in August 2002 on the premise that there are meetings and events that take place within the region everyday that need speakers, and not always a professional speaker. The Maryland Speakers Network makes it easy for meeting planners, event planners and organizations to find and schedule speakers for their monthly meetings, annual meetings, staff development retreats, civic meetings, sales meetings, school events, conventions, conferences, youth events, church events, fundraisers, employee recognition programs, and other special programs.
How?
We are not a speakers bureau, which enables us to find you speakers who will speak for a low-fee (under $2,000 to $300). Our speakers network is made up of business leaders, educators, experts who speak, radio personalities, community leaders, motivational speakers, inspirational speakers, individuals who just want to tell their life story, youth speakers, school speakers, trainers, workshop leaders, professional speakers, and more.
Because We are NOT A Speakers Bureau
We do not require our network of speakers to have a speakers press kit or demo video; however, we do screen and qualify all TMSN speakers for quality, content, dynamics and take-home value.
